  I‌‎​‎‎​ stayed there six times, it's very clean and in the Centre of Tehran, the metro station is about seventy meters, but the restaurant is small and‌‎‌​‌​ very simple food and there is no lift, so you need walk up stairs. there's one thing you should put in consideration, don't book a room‌‎​‎‏‏ on the street, because it's noisy, back rooms are better. The staff is friendly and clean except the one who comes at night who can't speak English.
